Terms of service
What this covers
These terms apply to intulix.com and the Intulix application. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you can bind that company.
What we provide
Intulix stores procedures you write or adapt, distributes them to people you name, and records their acknowledgements. That is the whole service. We do not review your procedures for accuracy, safety or legal sufficiency, and we do not assess whether your documentation meets any regulation that applies to you.
What we do not provide
Nothing in the product or on this site is legal, safety, or compliance advice. The templates were written as a starting point and have not been reviewed for your jurisdiction, your equipment or your worksite. Have them reviewed by someone qualified before your crew relies on them.
If your business is inspected, sued or investigated, our records may help you show what you distributed and who confirmed reading it. Whether that satisfies anyone is outside our control.
Your content
Your procedures and records are yours. We do not claim ownership, we do not use them to train anything, and we do not share them with other customers. We hold them so we can show them back to you.
Your responsibilities
Keep your account credentials secure. Only add staff whose details you are entitled to hold. Tell your staff that acknowledgements record their name, the time and their IP address, because in most places you need to.
Acknowledgement records
Acknowledgement records are deliberately hard to alter, including by you. That is what makes them worth something later. If you need a record corrected, we can annotate it but we will not silently rewrite it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and we will not pretend to a number we cannot guarantee. Procedures cached on a device keep working when the service does not, which is the main reason that feature exists.
Payment
Plans are billed monthly per company. Cancel from the settings page and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. We do not charge to export your data.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account whenever you want. We can close an account that is being used to break the law or to harm other people, and we will tell you why.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for injuries, damage, fines or losses arising from the work your business performs. We keep records about training. We do not perform, supervise or approve the work itself.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, account holders get an email before the change takes effect.
